Day 25 of #365healthydays and let’s look at recruiting some help to stick to your healthiest life ever. Grab a friend to meal prep with (and this way you are less likely to get sick of eating the same thing again and again – two minds better than one and all that!), make an exercise date with a friend. Or change your existing routine – maybe if you meet your bestie every Saturday for coffee (and a bun!) suggest you go for a walk instead. A friend can be great motivation in a class – you have someone to look at when you hear ‘take your seat right down to your heels’ in barre and think ‘ooohhh noooo!’
😂and they spur you on to not give up. You are also more likely not to cancel an exercise session if you know someone else is waiting on you. Together, things that seem impossible alone can be achieved !
