You should make sure you arrive a few minutes early before your first class. Our classes are small and we like to give every client personal attention.. We have changing facilities and somewhere for you to leave your shoes, keys, jacket etc.
Wear something that’s comfortable and will allow you to move freely. Most people choose leggings or shorts with a t-shirt or sports top. You won’t need shoes – you’ll train in socks. For hygiene reasons socks are an absolute in the studio.
Please make sure to switch your mobile phone to silent during class.
We have small towels available for your Barre in the City class.
Mineral water may be purchased from Reception.
