PRIVATE TRAINING

Private training is for you if:

  • You lead a very busy life and finding the time to exercise doesn’t always coincide with our class schedule
  • You want to start Pilates but are unsure were to begin or not yet comfortable in a group class
  • You are returning to exercise after an injury
  • There are clinical reasons that private training might be more suitable – you may have a degenerative disease or inflammatory condition, recovering from surgery, etc.
  • You prefer to exercise in a one-to-one setting
  • You have just had a baby and need to build core strength and pelvic stability
  • Your doctor or physiotherapist recommended Pilates – a one-to-one session is ideal to get you started before moving into group classes, if you wish.
