Flex in the City Online – Barre Arm Workout

You can watch at home as Miranda takes you through a barre arms workout, that you can easily do from the comfort of your own home. To get those barre arms, you’ll have to work your shoulders, triceps and biceps, as well as keeping your core, back and chest engaged over the course of the workout.

We recommend doing this quick and easy workout at least four times per week for strong, toned arms. You will need two hand weights, and we recommend you start small at first and then work your way up.
